Barking Mad
Book One
After a time, even the dog begins to compromise with the cat…
Aimee Price thought she had it all in the bag. An apartment of her very own in New York City, a thriving design career, and a hot boyfriend.
Then she got home and found her boyfriend cheating on her.
Desperate for a break from the city and the drama it brings, she heads for her hometown—and her parents. When her brother offers to let her stay on his rental property, she jumps at the chance for some peace and quiet and a chance to get her life organized again.
___
Morgan Clarke is home from the Marines with scars on his leg and heart after an accident that left his best friend dead. He's suffering from PTSD and doesn't know what the future holds, but he knows that healing will start here, in his hometown. When his best friend offers to let him stay at the farmhouse he's been renovating, he agrees and heads for the address he's been given.
When he finds Aimee there—the girl who used to tag along after him in high school—he knows things are about to get complicated.
What he doesn't know is that Aimee might just be the answer he's been looking for… and that he himself might be the safe spot she needs to get her life back on track.
Perfectly Flawed
Book Two
We could all use a loyal friend… or a cat…
Aimee Price, designer and fledgling entrepreneur, thought she had everything in hand when it came to her career... until she didn't.
She moved back to her hometown to collect her thoughts and find her path forward. When her brother's best friend and Aimee's one-time crush, Morgan Clarke, ends up living in the same house with her, she thinks she made the wrong choice.
Then she gets to know Morgan as the man he's become, and she realized she's been wrong.
As her appreciation for Morgan grows and takes on a life of its own, however, her career is hanging on by a thread. She's discovered that someone is stealing her work and selling it as their own. She's not getting credit, she's not getting paid, and it's damaging her reputation. Morgan thinks he can help her solve the problem... but will his own mental baggage get in the way of him becoming her hero?
Morgan and Aimee must figure out how to move forward together if they're going to take the next step as a couple. But first, they have to save Aimee's career and decide whether Morgan is the man he wants to be, or if he's still too broken to handle a woman like Aimee.
Tails of Love
Book Three
The best therapist has fur and four legs...
Aimee Price thought she had everything in the bag.
Then she found out that her ex had stolen her work, sold it, and trashed her reputation on the side. Suddenly things didn't look as rosy as she'd thought.
Luckily, she's not facing this on her own. Morgan Clarke, her brother's best friend and her new flame, is willing to stand next to her as she fights for what is right, including going with her to New York to fight for her reputation. Except now, she's got a whole new bag of troubles. The company that bought her stolen work wants to hire her—but only if she moves to New York.
Meanwhile, Morgan has plans of his own... that don't include moving to New York City. He's planning to stay in Long Neck with his new contact Gracie to open up a dog-training business.
To complicate matters even further, Aimee's parents announce that they're selling the family farm to a land developer and moving out of town. Aimee's brothers come up with a scheme to save the farm, but it will only work if Aimee invests in it. And stays home. Staying home would mean risking her shot at a big career and a move back to the city she once loved. That would mean leaving behind the man she's come to love and losing what she's been building with him. It would also mean turning the family farm over to a developer who will raze the family home.
Aimee knows what her heart wants, but she's not sure she's ready to listen to it. After all, she's been burned by love before. The question is, will she choose Morgan, her family, and her home? Or will she run back to the city, take the big job, and move on with her life? The answer lies somewhere in the middle... if Aimee can find it. And if she can convince Morgan to wait for her.
